CCPA Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 1, 2025
This California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Privacy Policy (the “CCPA Policy”) is a supplement to the general Privacy Policy of Aegis Terra, LLC (“Aegis Terra,” “AT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies solely to California residents, referred to here as “consumers” or “you.” This policy outlines your rights under the CCPA and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.
Unless otherwise defined in this document, terms used here have the same meaning as those in our Privacy Policy or as defined by the CCPA. In the event of any inconsistency between this CCPA Policy and our general Privacy Policy, the provisions in this CCPA Policy will prevail for California consumers.
